Welcome to kingsautodetailing.org. By accessing this website, booking a service, purchasing merchandise, or otherwise interacting with King’s Auto Detailing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of the Terms

 

Your continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of any future modifications posted here. If you do not agree, do not use the site or schedule services.

 

 

3. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to book services, open a member account, or purchase products.

 

 

4. Services offered

 

We provide professional auto-detailing and related appearance-care services at our home-based studio in Reidsville, NC. All work is performed under a covered carport with access to water and power. Service menus, descriptions, and prices shown online are subject to change without notice.

 

 

4.1 Bookings and deposits

 

• Appointments are scheduled through our online booking tool, by phone, or by direct message.

• A deposit may be required to secure your slot; the balance is due on completion.

• By booking, you authorize us to inspect, wash, and treat your vehicle using professional-grade chemicals, tools, and techniques consistent with the package you selected.

 

 

4.2 Cancellations and rescheduling

 

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Deposits are refundable only when notice is given at least 24 hours before the appointment, unless otherwise stated.

• “No-shows” or late cancellations may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee up to 25 % of the quoted price.

 

 

5. Your responsibilities when presenting a vehicle

 

• Remove or secure personal belongings. We are not liable for items left in the vehicle.

• Disclose any aftermarket modifications, fragile trim, or pre-existing damage.

• Ensure reasonable access to the vehicle (keys, power, and any alarm codes).

• Inform us of known health hazards (mold, bio-waste, etc.) so we can prepare proper PPE and pricing.

 

 

6. Disclaimers specific to detailing work

 

• We perform a pre-service inspection to document existing defects and a post-service walk-through with you. Signing the work order confirms acceptance.

• We are not liable for:

  – pre-existing paint defects, clear-coat failure, rust, or prior poor repairs;

  – damage that results from concealed flaws (e.g., loose emblems, failing clear-bra, brittle plastics);

  – damage caused by environmental conditions beyond our control (rain, wind, pollen) once the vehicle leaves our premises.

• Some stains, odors, or etching may be permanent; we guarantee only best-effort remediation.

• Ceramic-coating, paint-enhancement, or headlight-restoration results vary with paint type, age, and maintenance. Longevity estimates assume proper wash methods.

 

 

7. Merchandise sales (e.g., apparel, detailing products)

 

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and subject to North Carolina sales tax.

• We ship to U.S. addresses using the carrier and service level you choose at checkout. Shipping times are estimates.

• Returns of unworn/unopened merchandise are accepted within 30 days of delivery; buyer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive the return.

 

 

8. User accounts and conduct

 

• You may create an optional “Members” account for faster checkout or loyalty benefits. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your login.

• You agree not to:

  – use the site for unlawful purposes;

  – copy or scrape content without permission;

  – upload malicious code;

  – impersonate another person or entity.

• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

 

 

9. Intellectual property

 

All website content (text, graphics, logos, photos) is our property or used with permission. You may view, share, or print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial exploitation requires written consent.

 

 

10. Promotions and discounts

 

Coupons, VIP pricing, or “friends-and-family” discounts are valid only for the period and conditions stated. We may modify or terminate promotions at any time.

External links (social-media pages, manufacturer sites, etc.) are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the content or practices of those sites.

 

 

12. Warranty disclaimer

13. Limitation of liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, King’s Auto Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site, services, or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

 

 

14. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless King’s Auto Detailing, its owner, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or services.

 

 

15. Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, power outages, epidemics, or supplier interruptions.

 

 

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Guilford County, NC. Before filing suit, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through informal negotiation for at least 30 days.

 

 

17. Severability

 

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

 

 

18. Changes to these Terms

 

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced by posting the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
